Who makes management review?

QA engineers constantly look for defects, challenge assumptions, and explore how systems can fail. Yet leadership decisions — often the most expensive and far-reaching decisions in an organization — rarely go through a similar process.

This talk explores why leaders struggle to get an honest second perspective, how that affects decision quality, and how organizations can introduce Management Review — not to approve decisions, but to challenge the thinking behind them before they reach “production.”
