AI will take over our tests. What will QA have left?

AI can already write code, generate tests, find defects, and analyze results. More and more of a tester's technical work is becoming automated.

However, a paradox arises: the more AI can do for a tester, the more valuable are skills that can't be reduced to generating yet another test case.

In this talk, we'll discuss which QA engineer skills are becoming most important in the era of AI agents. For example, critical thinking and the ability to ask the right questions and set the right tasks have been relevant for many years. And even as the tools we work with change, they remain equally or even more in demand.
